In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

Access to and use of the qr777 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• Age: You are at least 21 years of age. qr777 is an adults-only platform. We strictly prohibit access by anyone under the age of 21 and will immediately close any Account found to belong to a minor, forfeiting any balance held therein.
• Residency: You are a resident of Indonesia and are accessing the Platform from within Indonesia. Members residing in or accessing the Platform from any Restricted Jurisdiction are not eligible to register or use qr777.
• Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not subject to any court order, legal restriction, or other impediment that would prevent you from using the Platform.
• Single Account: You do not already hold a registered Account on the qr777 Platform. Each individual may hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• Own Funds: You are using your own funds for deposits and are not acting as an agent or on behalf of any third party.
• Not Self-Excluded: You have not previously self-excluded from qr777 or requested permanent account closure.

To place bets or wagers on the qr777 Platform, you must register a Member Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and preferred payment method.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to promptly update your Account details if any information changes. qr777 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain current and accurate Account information.

• Username and Password: You are solely responsible for selecting a secure password and maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been carried out by you.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify qr777 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Creating multiple accounts — including through the use of family members' identities, fictitious identities, or VPNs — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Account Non-Transferability: Your Account and any associated balance are personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, pledged, or assigned to any other party under any circumstances.

qr777 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion, without being required to state a reason, provided that any undisputed real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the Member.

All financial transactions on the qr777 Platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). qr777 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels:

• Own Payment Methods Only: You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be reversed and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Withdrawal Destination: Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered to your Account and matching your KYC documents.
• KYC Prior to Withdrawal: qr777 may require KYC document submission — including a government-issued national identity card (KTP) — before processing any withdrawal request. Processing times for withdrawal commence only after KYC verification is complete.
• No Withdrawal Fees: qr777 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which qr777 accepts no responsibility.
• Anti-Money Laundering: qr777 applies anti-money laundering (AML) screening to all transactions. qr777 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction that triggers AML review protocols and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities.

qr777 offers a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, and Indonesian Independence Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. For example, a bonus of Rp 100.000 requires total wagering of Rp 2.000.000 before withdrawal eligibility is met.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute 10%–20%; sports bets contribute at a rate specified in the individual promotion terms. Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your Account, unless the specific promotion states a different validity period. Expired bonuses and unmet wagering requirements will result in the bonus balance being removed.
• Maximum Bet While Using Bonus Funds: While a bonus wagering requirement remains active, the maximum single bet or wager permitted is Rp 200.000 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may be voided and the bonus forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is limited to one claim per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus Abuse: qr777 actively monitors for and takes action against bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting promotional loopholes, coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, and any pattern of wagering designed to fulfill requirements without genuine gameplay intent. Where bonus abuse is identified, qr777 reserves the right to void winnings, forfeit bonuses, and close the Account.

All bets and wagers placed on the qr777 Platform — whether on sports, live casino games, RNG casino games, or any other product — are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any product-specific rules published on the Platform.

• Finality of Bets: Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Member, except where the Platform's own rules expressly permit cash-out or in-play amendment.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by market, event, and Member Account level.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void and the stake returned where: the event is cancelled; the event does not proceed within the specified timeframe; a clear pricing error has occurred; or where integrity concerns about the event are identified by qr777 or a governing sports body.
• Mix Parlay Rules: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all individual selections to win for the bet to return a payout. If any single leg is voided, that selection is removed from the parlay and the remaining legs continue. Minimum odds per selection in a mix parlay are Rp 1.25.
• Live Betting: In-play or live betting markets are subject to delay and suspension at any time at qr777's discretion. qr777 is not liable for connection issues that prevent a Member from placing or modifying a live bet.
• Palpable Errors: qr777 reserves the right to void any bet placed at manifestly incorrect odds (a "palpable error") and to refund the original stake. This right applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the qr777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or using another person's identity to register an Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's systems to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such issues to qr777 support immediately upon discovery.
• Colluding with other Members or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or bonus structures.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on qr777.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal or unlawful purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC, or at any other point during your use of the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic restrictions.
• Conducting any charge-back or reversal of a deposit made to your Account through your bank or payment provider without qr777's prior written consent.

qr777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• qr777 is required to do so by law, regulation, or instruction from a relevant authority.
• qr777 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• You have failed to complete KYC verification within the period requested.
• You have requested self-exclusion or voluntary Account closure under the Responsible Gaming program.
• qr777 determines, in its sole discretion, that continued operation of your Account creates a risk to the Platform, its members, or its licensing position.

Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach or fraud, any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements will not be returned.

Where changes are material — including changes to withdrawal fees, wagering requirement structures, or eligibility criteria — qr777 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where practicable, by notifying registered Members via email.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qr777 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in Indonesia confer jurisdiction on Indonesian courts.

In the event of any dispute between you and qr777, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and allow 30 days for qr777 to attempt resolution in good faith before initiating any formal legal proceedings. Any claim not raised within 6 months of the event giving rise to the dispute shall be permanently waived and barred.
